Google API Services User Data Policy Statement

Happy Rank's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Google OAuth 2.0 Scopes Requested

Happy Rank requests access to the following official Google Business Profile API scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage

Used to fetch location details, update operating hours, post local updates, manage customer Q&As, and respond to customer reviews.

2. How We Use Google API Data

  • Location & Ranking Analytics: We fetch your location address and business categories to generate local search Geo-Grid heatmaps and monitor 3-Pack rankings.
  • Customer Reviews: We fetch customer reviews to provide automated AI sentiment response drafts.
  • Google Updates & Posts: We allow you to compose and schedule promotional updates to your business listing.

3. Storage & Revocation of Access

OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 at rest. You may revoke Happy Rank's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account Security Permissions or by disconnecting the integration in the Happy Rank dashboard settings.
